Winner Iffat Parveen shines in the Health and Social Care Category

At the Impact Innovation Summit & Excellence Awards 2025 in Riyadh, Iffat Parveen, CEO of Personal Home Care Services, received the Excellence in Health and Social Care Award.

The honor reflects nearly ten years of building one of the UK’s most trusted care providers, where dignity, independence, and tailored support remain at the center of every service.

Building a Service Around People

When Iffat founded Personal Home Care Services in 2016, she set out to offer something more personal than the standard model of care. From day one, the company focused on relationships, giving every service user respect, choice, and encouragement toward independence.

That approach has been reflected in the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) “Good” rating, which the organization has consistently held for five years. Families who rely on the service experience care delivery that builds trust every day.

Over the years, Iffat’s work has also been recognized on larger platforms. She received the Global Women Leadership Award in 2024, the NPH Women in Business Award, and the Signatures Award, each recognizing her role as both entrepreneur and changemaker in health and social care.

But her leadership story goes beyond these awards. Perhaps, the biggest proof of her work as a leader and mentor is the opportunities she has built for others. She has partnered with three local colleges to offer placements, welcomed T-Level students into her office, and is preparing to launch apprenticeships so the next wave of care professionals can train with purpose.

Continuing the Work

Iffat’s vision is to extend care beyond the home through virtual 24-hour support. The service is already being piloted, and when launched, it will be among the first of its kind in the region.

The plan involves using technology to give users greater safety while maintaining independence. Think smart watches that track vital signs, pendants for emergency alerts, and floor sensor mats. The aim is to make people feel secure while living in their own homes.

Speaking after receiving the award in Riyadh, Iffat shared her thoughts:

“This award is more than recognition. It’s a reminder that the work we do matters. It strengthens my belief in building care services that feel personal, respectful, and empowering.”

She added that the honor would serve as both validation and motivation, encouraging her to push harder toward expanding her services and introducing new models of care.
