Dr. Andrey Rogachev grew up in Siberia and graduated in 1997 from the Novosibirsk State University in Economics and Mathematics. This was followed by a master’s degree in Economics in 1999 and advanced studies in northern Germany, culminating in a Dr. rer. pol. from the University of Oldenburg.
His pursuit for knowledge and skill development continued with certification courses in management consulting (CIMA), independent directorship and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt specialist.
He advanced his dissertation at Columbia Business School’s Risk Management Department, New York and worked on his expertise in one of the world’s toughest financial arenas.

Dr. Rogachev started his professional journey in banking and finance, way back in 1999, in Switzerland. Gradually, he started working in leadership roles in the domain of corporate finance in Switzerland, Russia, South Africa, and the USA. His corporate projects encompassed covering the whole Europe, showcased competence in multicultural and diverse teams. He is admired for his key role in South Africa as financial controller, where he was responsible for supervising operations across 22 sub-Saharan countries. Through this role and his insights, he laid the foundation of Africa’s economic diversity and community-driven models. Gradually, he shifted to education and started his career as a professor.
