The very third season of much revered Impact Leadership Global Awards took place at Dubai Harbour Marina on February 2, 2025 featuring multi-industry leaders, who gathered together to celebrate their success and mark a fabulously ceremonious beginning of this year. Impact Events with its founder Nousheen Mukhtar’s vision to assemble the top tier business leaders through activities of Impact Leadership program has a lot to be proud of just as 2025 sets off on a higher note. This year, the ceremony was conducted unconventionally on a luxury yacht offering all participants a unique, yet remarkably memorable experience. It was chaired by Dunston Pereira, the CEO of the Private office of H. H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal AlQassimi, and was attended by investors, senior executives, and business owners from different sectors.

Impact Leadership Global Awards 2025 completed season 3 with the vision to support innovation through strategic economic policies where investing into impact-oriented projects is considered important. The leading industries dominating this season included education, technology, AI, environmental conservation, interior design, coaching and training, healing, wellness, health, marketing and SEO, law, fintech, taxation, business consulting, web-design and software development, travel and lifestyle, luxury product design and media.

Diverse winners with multiple business interests joined the ceremony to celebrate the success of many industry experts. This year’s winners included Thoraya Al Awadhi the CEO of Thoraya Al Awadhi Group of Companies for her work in the realm of women empowerment; Nada Chabir Mrabet, the managing director and founder of Pink Diamond Marketing who has won the leadership award in digital marketing; Diana Richardson, the multi-talented and internationally recognized beauty business leaders has won an award as the best mentor; and Sayyed Zuhair Nurani has been endorsed for his humanitarian work as a dedicated volunteer.

Coaching and training have always covered a large space in the Impact Leadership Program. This year several coaching awards have been won by different coaches. Dr. Hanan Al Mheiri has won the Inspiring Entrepreneur Award as she makes a remarkable impact through her mindset coaching services. Coach Samar Hajir has won the Best Relationship Coach award for her splendid work in transforming and strengthening relationships among hundreds of her clients. Nadine Chammas, the innovative entrepreneur and founder of The Life Director Program has won an Inspiring Author Award for her amazingly inspiring book entitled, The Stage is Yours.

The field of education has its superior place in the Impact Leadership Program. This year two educational institutions have secured awards for their excellence as they lead towards empowering and enlightening knowledge seekers. Excellence in Education award went to Aspire Education Academy, while the Rising Professional Education Institution Award went to Bradford International Alliances. Dr Mariam Sheikh, the well-known education consultant and multi-award-winning international leader in education has won an award for Leadership Personality Excellence.

Technology and innovation awards in different fields marked achievements of quite a few companies and innovators this year. Fintech innovation award has been presented to Finanshels and its founder Muhammed Shafeekh received it with his team members. Innovation in AI award has been secured by Aryyama Kumar Jana.

Awards related to environment and impact marked achievements of many professionals. Dr. Viswanadha Reddy Meddy has won an award in environmental conservation; while Nicole Purin has received an award for international impact in Law. Arman Khan, Director WeTel TV received an award for making social impact films.

Lifestyle and creative talent awards also made a mark on the ceremony. The best singer award has been won by Annie Minogue the founder of Annie Minogue Band, while the best violinist awards went to Karolina Fryndo. Lifestyle and personal wellness awards had their exclusive winner where Paola Surdo Maldini has won the award for innovating uniquely effective haircare products. The South African entrepreneur Dr. Sade’ James has won the Best Lifestyle Brand award for Sade’J. a luxury perfume brand.

Business award had multiple winners. FCSI a commercial fit out company in Dubai has secured the Best Commercial Fit out Contractor award. Cheval, a renowned software house has secured the Best Web and Application Development Agency award. SEO Tech Experts has won an award in SEO and Digital Marketing.

Impact Leadership Global Awards ceremony concluded with the final performance by Karolina Fryndo. The guests enjoy quality networking and explored various business affiliation opportunities. It was a memorable evening while the cruise brought various hues during the day and night marking new beginnings for foreseen partnerships. We hope to see more innovators in the next years ceremony.
