The Impact Global Women Leadership Awards 2025 honored pioneers from fields including finance, technology, oil and gas, food and beverages, medical practice, nutrition, wellness and health, business growth, marketing, real estate, beauty and skincare, hair care, engineering, tax, auditing and compliance, law and legal consulting, business mentoring, and many more. Women leaders including Angela Thomas, Noris Hernandez, Shabna Shashim and Finance icon Maria Medvedeva are prominent. Many health, wellness and self-care leaders also won an Impact Leadership Awards this year including Veronika Vasudeva, Dr. Diana Richardson, Paola Surdo Maldini, Dr Maria Awais and Shumaila Imtiaz. Business, marketing, growth, sales and development categories reported significant names of rising leaders such as Hala Jaber, Sandy Verma, Lynn Dowdell, Sinda Hamdi, Veronika Kamplade, Shahrzad Farshiforough, Musata Matei, and Shivangi Dham. Asma Yousuf Zainal won an award as the Top Influencer. Archana Mahajan won an award in the Real Estate sector, while Sara Al Kindi won an award for Technology in Oil and Gas Sector. Nisha Shoukath won an award as a leader in technology, while Soumana Ammar won an award in Travel and Tourism industry. Coaching leadership awards went to Isabelita Castilho, Sofia Kakkava, and Anna Bruno. Education sector had several winners including the Homa Rafieyan, Monica Perna, and Meghavi Banerjee. Lincoln University of Business and Management won Top Educational Institution in Business and Management Sciences award this year. May Ahmed, a boutique hand bags designer made her mark by winning an award in fashion entrepreneurship segment. These awardees exemplified excellence, resilience, and innovation, serving as role models for future generations.
