Dubai’s Hottest New Restaurant and Beach Club Openings in Q4 2024

As the year draws to an end, Dubai’s food scene heats up – more restaurants, eateries, and beach clubs are set to open. Here are some of the most enticing restaurant launches that will grace the city in the final three months of next year:

Il Gattopardo

Mimicking the novel of the same title, Il Gattopardo hints at the glamour of the Italian coastline. The restaurant will be led by Chef Massimo Pasquarelli and will be serving what he describes as ‘contemporary Italian cuisine’. The atmosphere is a fusion of Milanese elegance and Venetian flair, which is perfect for relaxed lunches or dinners.

Duck & Waffle

London’s much-frequented Duck & Waffle is set to open the doors of its Dubai branch at Innovation One Tower, DIFC, this November. The restaurant’s signature dish to order is crispy duck leg confit accompanied by fried duck egg and mustard maple syrup. The venue features a breathtaking view of Burj Khalifa, the chef’s bar, and the dining area designed in the style of the greenhouse.

Mr Chow

Mr Chow, a popular restaurant that has won the hearts of many celebrities, is set to open in DIFC‘s Gate District by the end of the year, offering Chinese delicacies. Based on the performances of the handmade noodle production show, Champagne Trolley, as well as Beijing Duck, the menu will also include other special dishes such as chicken satay and Mr. Chow noodles.

Studio Frantzén

Swedish Michelin star chef Björn Frantzén is set to launch Studio Frantzén and FZN at Atlantis, The Palm. While Studio Frantzén features a kind of bistro format drawing its inspiration from the Nordic region, FZN will be an exclusive restaurant specialising in Nordic, Japanese, and French-influenced fine dining. These restaurants are located on the rooftops and boast beautiful scenic views, which will revolutionise the way luxury dining is done in Dubai.

Gatsby

Gatsby, the famous dinner show of Barcelona, is coming to Palm Jumeirah. Guests can await a dynamic meal that may include dishes like seared duck foie gras or wagyu ravioli and then be entertained with a dance as the night ends.

Chipotle

American fast food chain Chipotle is expected to open its first outlet in UAE at The Beach, JBR, in October this year. Chipotle, which has a new and unique Mexican food menu, will sell burritos, bowls, tacos, and others with choices of toppings such as plant-based protein.

BrewDog

Brewing company BrewDog, originally from Scotland, plans to expand its first Dubai outpost on Bluewaters Island. Specialising in offbeat offerings such as Elvis Juice and Hazy Jane, this venue is set to serve up some of the best craft beers in a relaxed atmosphere.

Swingers

The fun and quirky golfing concept from London’s Swingers will start later in the year with mini-golf and food outlets on Bluewaters Island. Expect a fun atmosphere with DJs, music, photographs, and other entertainment.

Gigi Rigolatto

The renowned Gigi Rigolatto in St. Tropez plans to debut on J1 Beach, featuring Italian cuisine, a Bellini bar, and Mediterranean gardens. What makes it ideal for relaxation is the opportunity to use the beach club, a separate territory with a beach, as well as a playground for children.
