Timbuktu Market
Opening in October at Two Towers in Barsha Heights, Timbuktu Market is a brand-new street food venue for Dubai. Based on the concept of the London Borough Market this is a two-storey site that houses food from the local market as well as food from other parts of the world. Gerbou
A new socially responsible Gerbou restaurant is located in Nad Al Sheba, showcasing Emirati culture. This new concept will provide high-end Levantine food with a focus on Palestinian cuisine. Time and again, the menu is described as offering a new spin on Middle Eastern cuisine with an updated décor.
Girl and the Goose
Girl and the Goose, an underground restaurant by Nicaraguan chef Gabriela Chamorro, quickly gained popularity in Dubai. She is preparing to open a new, fully licensed restaurant in Business Bay. The restaurant will serve dishes that are inspired by Nicaraguan cuisine and will also serve various world cuisines.
Nala
Soon at Alserkal Avenue: Nala is an upscale fast-food restaurant by Tashas Group that will merge African and Middle Eastern flavours. With fresh, and natural ingredients, Nala aims to bring the depth of the flavour profile combined with an accessible and elegant dining atmosphere.
Chinatang
Cantonese fine dining will be making its home at The Lana-Dorchester Collection Dubai as China Tang is set to open soon. As the culinary and cultural ambassador of Shanghai during the 1930s, this restaurant will bring customers exquisite Culinarian Chinese dishes such as the Peking Duck.
Dragonfly
Within The Lana Promenade, Dragonfly is set to bring you an enhanced Izakaya experience, introducing dishes with modern Asian influences as well as stocking a wide range of Japanese whisky and sake. This could also be an ideal location for fine dining and drinking with exquisite views.

Bar des Prés by star chef Cyril Lignac will be located in ICD Brookfield Place on the fifty-first floor. Newly renowned for its French-Asian culinary creations, the offering will be an elegant selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, including green asparagus with caramelized miso and crab & avocado galettes.
